Apricot Kernels also known as apricot seeds and are very bitter so you may wish to chew other foods such as raisins or nuts.

The FSA put out a safety bulletin with regards to Apricot Kernels info can be found at foodstandards.gov.uk but we have many customers consuming kernels per day without having any problems related to the apricot kernels.

Storage.
Reseal the bag after use then keep the kernels in a cool dry place. Realistically the Apricot Kernels have a shelf life of approx 3 months, however they can also be frozen if you wish to store for longer periods.
