If you don't like the idea of dried fruit, these Apricots are naturally dried and can be re-constituted by soaking in water for around half an hour then drained. This makes them moist and versatile for use in  deserts or on their own without the sugar used in tinned varieties.

Why not eat long with our Apricot Kernels which should mask the bitter taste that the Kernels have when chewed.
